Manufacturing Facilities

We have modern and technologically-lead manufacturing facilities equipped with cutting edge technology that consent to cater successfully to the varied requirement of our clients. Our manufacturing unit is strategically located in Mumbai - Pune Road and Bhosari MIDC. The fabrication shop is spread over the sprawling area of 2500 sq. ft. with an installed capacity of 40 units. The entire unit is facilitated with 20 HP power connections that have 3 phases of 440 volts. The entire unit is segregated in various sections and has been equipped with sophisticated machines. Our manufacturing unit also has the quality-testing lab facilitated with various tools that are used to check the raw materials and finished range is tested for their performance and long serviceability. In our range of conveyors we offer belt conveyor, roller conveyor, slat conveyor, screw conveyor and others. We offer hand pallet truck and pallet truck that comes under the range of pallet trucks. Our range of swift levitators (lifts) comprises goods lift, scissors lift and lifting platform. We offer electric stacker and hydraulic stacker in our range of stackers. The material handling equipments consists of home elevator, stair elevator and special purpose bucket elevator. In industrial filtration systems we offer filtration system, inline pressure filter and paper band filter. Some of the other engineering products we deal in encompass magnetic separator and hydraulic platform.

The conveyors we offer are manufactured in accordance with size and weight of the product to be conveyed. The systems are fabricated to match the individual application and their specifications that are based on the liquid / fluid to be filtered, flow rate in LPM, micron rating desired, and nature of contaminations present. Our range of filter units are available in capacity ranging 50 LPM, 100 LPM, 200 LPM and higher.
